We had our wedding reception at The Crown, and it was absolutely amazing. We really cannot put into words how perfect it was. Martin & Gracia were absolutely perfect hosts. Their attention to detail cannot be praised highly enough. When we spoke to them in the build up, they totally put our minds at ease by telling us how things would go, and they absolutely delivered. Joe the chef created a delicious and generous menu for us - we heard time and time again that it was the best and most generous wedding menu our guests had ever had. I really don't think I will ever be able to convey how much these guys added to our day - but we will forever be grateful. Thank you to all at The Crown. If you are getting married locally, you absolutely must consider The Crown.

One of the best Sunday roasts I’ve had for a long time! We both had the chicken and it was cooked to perfection... alongside everything else The wine list is succinct but exceptional, and we enjoyed a lovely cocktail afterwards too. I’ll definitely be back!

We had our wedding here on Saturday and had the most perfect day. The pub is gorgeous (inside and outside) and they pulled off a delicious 3 course sit down meal for 65 people without a hitch. Gracia and the team were so professional and lovely, the quality of service was outstanding. We had a band in the evening which worked really well in the space. We couldn’t recommend it highly enough!! Thank you all!!

I really can’t recommend this place enough! Me and my husband went here for Sunday lunch 2 weeks ago. It has been a long time since I have seen such passionate staff, both front and back of house. All staff could not do enough for us, and very enthusiastic! All the food looked and tasted freshly made. Chris even came out to see us as heard it was our first time visiting. (His customers clearly matter to him) I went for a three course meal with roast beef but asked for crackling and pigs in blankets, as well as having dietary restrictions. They made it effortlessly which made me feel relaxed and content, while my husband treated himself to some special wines. Also have a great outdoor space for events with lots of parking. I had such a lovely time I can’t recommend this place enough and look forward to returning soon!

Amazing venue. It is such a lovely pub/restaurant and event location. The food was absolutely delicious. The team was very friendly and welcoming. It's very close to the M4 but tucked away in a quiet location. The bedrooms were lovely.

Went to the amazing crown Inn for a Sunday roast. The staff are so friendly and have so much knowledge and prepared an amazing wine and even non-alcoholic drinks for us. The roast was one of the best I’ve ever had! Would recommend absolutely everyone! Absolute hidden gem.

Stopped for lunch with the dogs, sat on the lovely terrace outside in beautiful sunshine. Service was really friendly and attentive, they also gave water for the dogs. The brisket sandwich was fantastic, would definitely recommend 5 stars!

My son and daughter in law had their wedding celebration at the Crown yesterday. It was exceptional! The food was superb - great quality, beautifully presented and very generous portions. The service was faultless - attentive but unobtrusive staff who worked really hard, always with a smile. Thank you to Martin and the whole team for making a special day that little bit more special!
